The US Headquarters of PFE is located in Kennesaw, Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta. All machine orders for the US are processed through this office. Shipments are received from the United Kingdom factory and are thoroughly tested before being shipped to the customer. Desktop units are checked to ensure they meet all required specifications, and modular units are configured and tested to the customer's specific applications. These Quality Assurance measures are just a few of the many checkpoints PFE uses to ensure maximum quality and customer satisfaction.

Technical and sales training programs are facilitated in the Atlanta office throughout the year. The in-depth training courses provide distributor representatives hands-on instruction, which is necessary to install and service PFE equipment to corporate standards.
