The Minimailer 2 Extra is the most cost effective solution for low volume mailings, which require collation and the perfect solution to your more complex office mailing requirements such as invoices, statements and payroll documents. It has the ability to accumulate documents prior to folding and also has the ability to process a bottom left address position, without the requirement for a reverse flap envelope. By combining PFE's Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology with a collate station, the Minimailer 2 Extra is able to read your documents and group them accordingly before folding them together into the envelope. This ensures not only time and cost savings, but also greatly increases document security. PFE indocs software can apply these marks to your documents, avoiding complex IT issues when automating your outgoing mail. This machine is also fitted with a high capacity Sheet Feeder, which is capable of holding up to 250 sheets.

PFE’s operating system EasiStart will quickly guide you through the machine and get your job running fast, up to 2,500 filled envelopes per hour.
