The PFE MailPrinter can process up to 25,000 filled envelopes per month. It combines a powerful folder inserter with an 18 page per minute laser printer. This allows users to create documents using their normal software packages, and send them directly for printing and enveloping, in a single operation.

Functions available from the Mailprinter include:-

• Print, fold and insert letter documents into #10 Window envelopes
• Print, fold and insert letter documents into plain envelopes with a printed address
• Add an additional pre-printed sheet to each envelope
• Add an insert such as a Reply Paid Envelope
• Add logos or text, as well as addresses to the face of envelopes
• Automatically produce file copies of documents

All this is made possible by combining PFE's acknowledged excellence in folder inserters, with state of the art software development. The Mailprinter is controlled by its own, dedicated printer driver. It also features a unique address extraction system, so a printed, addressed envelope can be produced for any document automatically.

The Mailprinter can be supplied complete with Kyocera FS-3700+ (18 ppm)printer, but it will connect to any standard Kyocera 1700 or 3700 laser printer without modification.
