PFE’s Maximailer SE Series offers total flexibility in today’s mail processing marketplace, from just a few hundred letters per day up to large monthly volumes.
The Maximailer SE Series is available in 6 configurations that will deal with any application you may require, at speeds of up to 3,750 filled envelopes per hour. Each will process documents from up to 5 different stations, with a total thickness of up to ¼”.
The graphical display and operating software guide you through creating and running the most complex of applications, even allowing the document containing the address to be in any station.

Single Feeder
Each feed unit can be set to process any format of insert up to 4mm thick, and hold up to 300 documents.
Twin Feeder
The twin feeder allows two different inserts to be loaded without requiring more valuable space. Each station has a capacity of over 200 documents.
Variable Address Position
The Maximailer Series allows the address bearing document to be placed in any station. The address can also be placed in any position on this document when using a three plate folder.
Three Plate Tower Folder
Where an application requires multiple documents, the tower folder has three feed trys with a total capacity of 1,000 sheets. Hand feeding of up to eight stapled sheets comes as standard.
