PFE's Quality Assurance Department, headed by the Director of Quality, is dedicated to ensuring that quality is regarded as a company wide responsibility and through a variety of measurement techniques, PFE seek to encourage a more consistent and standard approach to quality. Service quality and customer satisfaction form a critical part of this approach and quality standards are regularly and carefully monitored within each department and at every level of the organisation. All this has resulted in the Quality Management System being registered to ISO 9001:94 in 1995 by BSI.
